The Kadesh Barnea solar plant, located in Moshav Kadesh Barnea, represents one of Prime Energy’s most significant local projects. With an investment of approximately 55 million ILS, the plant has a production capacity of 18 MW and has been fully operational since May 2021. Managed and maintained by Prime Energy’s leading experts, the project is expected to operate effectively for 23 years, generating an estimated annual income of 4.7 million ILS.

Notably, this project pioneered the use of Dual-use technology in Israel, integrating photovoltaic (PV) panels for electricity production with simultaneous agricultural use on the same land. This innovative approach maximizes efficiency by producing green and sustainable energy without compromising agricultural productivity.
